First-party traffic counts
We count successful full page loads by day and approximate country/region using location metadata supplied by our hosting network. This aggregate counter uses no analytics cookie, browser identifier or stored IP address. Reloads count again; internal navigation without a full page load does not. Known bot user agents are filtered, but counts are not guaranteed to represent human sessions. Where location metadata is unavailable, we record Unknown.
Only after you accept analytics, we also use a random daily browser identifier (radar-daily-browser in local storage) to count consenting browsers once per day. The identifier changes on the next visit on a new day in Europe/Istanbul time and is removed when you reject analytics. It does not identify a person or connect different devices. Daily identifiers older than 32 days and aggregate counts older than 400 days are removed on the next counted visit or report request. Reports are restricted to the site owner. No browsing history, page URLs, raw IP addresses or user-agent strings are stored in these traffic tables.
Privacy, with minimal collection
Partner Radar is a PinTech project. Privacy enquiries can be sent to pinar@pintechconsulting.com. This notice describes how the application handles information.
Information stored in your browser
The application stores saved news links, read-news links, key-date preparation checkmarks and appearance preference in your browser. These preferences are not sent to the application’s news database. They remain until you change them or clear this site’s browser storage. They do not automatically follow you to another device.
Access and hosting
News can be read without an account. Content management is restricted to the owner through the hosting platform’s sign-in controls. Hosting and authentication services handle information needed to deliver and protect the site, which can include account information, IP addresses and technical request information. With your permission, this application uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page views and site interactions. Google receives browser/device information, page information and usage events when analytics is enabled. Analytics is not loaded until you accept. Advertising features are disabled. Change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The application does not add advertising pixels or a mailing-list registration form.
The application source alone does not establish the hosting provider’s complete cookie inventory, technical-log retention periods or processing locations. For platform-specific practices, consult the hosting provider’s published policies. For information about the platform, see OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
Contacting PinTech
If you email us, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are processed to respond to your enquiry and handle related follow-up. The email service used to deliver and store correspondence also processes that information. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.
Local time display
Event times use the time zone reported by your browser. No location permission is requested. If the browser does not report a time zone, times are shown in UTC.
External sources
News, training and registration links open external websites. Their operators apply their own privacy policies and access requirements. Partner Radar does not collect event registration details through those external pages.
Your choices and enquiries
You can clear local preferences using your browser’s site-data controls. Contact us for questions or requests concerning information you have provided, including access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights and any necessary identity checks depend on the law and the information involved. Nothing in this notice limits your statutory rights.
