Three introductory Dynamics 365 courses retire January 29, 2027

Microsoft Tech Community · 30 Oct 2026

Microsoft will retire AB-6003, AB-6004 and AB-7011 on January 29, 2027. The affected introductory courses cover Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and the modern Contact Center.

Microsoft says a consolidated beginner-level, self-paced training experience will replace them, introducing connected customer workflows, AI agents and Business Applications in Work IQ.

The planned experience will provide a foundation for deeper Sales (AB-210), Customer Service (MB-230) and Contact Center (AB-250) learning paths. The notice lists no associated credential retirement and gives no release date for the replacement experience.

Next step

Plan for the consolidated beginner-level self-paced training described by Microsoft; a replacement launch date is not announced.
