Manage agents across multiple tenants
⏳ Multi-tenant agent management is in public preview in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
🤖 Administrators can see a combined agent inventory, install or block agents across eligible tenants, and move between governed environments without separate sign-outs.
💡 For CSPs using GDAP and systems integrators managing subsidiaries, this can reduce repeated administration while preserving each tenant’s delegated-role boundaries.
🤖 Viewing end-user agent activity and risky-agent insights requires an Agent 365 license assigned to that user.
🔐 Partners should assess preview availability and permissions before rollout; the feature does not grant broader access than the administrator already holds.
