New CSP sandbox offer construct preview
📅 CSP partners can test the new flex spend plan offer construct in Partner Center’s sandbox from September 1, 2026.
💰 The storage-and-database test product is intended to prepare integrations for future consumption offers, with a construct supporting eligible multiple services, monthly billing, a full-year commitment and auto-renewal.
💰 It is not a final production offer, and the sandbox version excludes trials, promotions and related incentives.
💰 Partners should use it to validate purchasing, billing and management flows and identify operational changes, without treating its test configuration as confirmed commercial terms for a future launch.
