Business Central bundles: price-list preview and base-subscription requirements clarified
Microsoft’s November 5 update adds ordering and customer-positioning details for the already announced Business Central + Copilot Business bundles.
They enter the CSP price-list preview on December 1, 2026 and remain scheduled for January 1, 2027 availability for customers with up to 300 seats.
A qualifying Microsoft 365 base subscription is not required to buy a bundle, but Copilot experiences depend on the apps and services the customer licenses.
USD list prices are $95 for Essentials and $125 for Premium, each $6 below separate purchase; prices can change.
For customers already using Microsoft 365, Microsoft recommends Business Standard or Premium with Copilot and coordination with their Microsoft 365 partner.
Review local pricing and ordering readiness before January 1 availability; experiences depend on licensed Microsoft 365 apps and services.
