Partner Center Security workspace redesign enters opt-in preview
The redesigned Security workspace is available as an opt-in preview in Partner Center. Actionable Tasks bring together ownership, due dates, lifecycle states, occurrence details, activity history and automated completion checks.
Partners move a Task to In Progress when remediation starts, complete the action in its source system, then select Ready for Review for Microsoft verification.
For applicable security alerts, moving the Task to In Progress within 24 hours of beginning remediation supports CSP authorization requirements. Depending on category, overdue Tasks can put CSP authorization eligibility at risk.
Existing security requirements, roles and permissions remain unchanged.
