Marketplace enables one-step acceptance and purchase for eligible private offers

Microsoft Partner Center · 5 Nov 2026

Customers can accept and purchase eligible Marketplace private offers in a single step, replacing the separate acceptance and purchase actions for supported scenarios.

The update concerns SaaS and professional-services private offers and is available only for select offer types, with eligibility and exceptions in the linked documentation.

Purchase governance remains aligned with Azure role-based access control through the admin role. Customers needing additional controls can disable one-step purchasing and retain the original two-step process.

Microsoft also points sellers to the Request private offer toggle for eligible transactable offers.

Previously

Customers completed separate acceptance and purchase steps.
